Application and a non-refundable payment for $1050 (check or money order) for each week that you wish to attend, needs to be received by June 18, 2012.

 

Late applications need to be received with the application and a non-refundable payment for $1200 (check or money order) for each week that you wish to attend, between June 19. and July 6, 2012. If applying late, please call before mailing the application.

 

Payments are non-refundable. The credit can be carried to next year's camp because of illness or any other reasons.

 

Recommended minimum experience is one year of competitive fencing (high school, club or USFA), but two or more years is preferred, especially for week 2. Age range is 14-18. Exceptions must be approved in advance.

 

When applications are received, additional forms (medical, etc.) will be sent out. All forms must be completed and brought to camp registration on July 15th or July 22nd.

 

If campers have not received acknowledgement by July 10th, plese call the Junior Fencing Camp office immediately at

 

(215) 898-6116. Mail does sometimes get lost.

 

Housing will be in a high-rise, air-conditioned University of Pennsylvania dormitory with staff supervision in residence.

Meals will be served in a Penn dining hall.

 

The total cost of $1050 per week (or $1200 for late applications) is all inclusive, except for games, snacks, laundry and the usual unforseen items for which one carries a little pocket money.
